Closing date: 14 Dec 2017We are seeking to appoint a Service Desk Engineer to join the busy IT service desk team within the newly-formed RCM Digital department, which supports over 1700 users based in South Kensington. The postholder will report to the Technology Manager and act as one of the main point of contacts for calls coming into the service desk and provide response and 1st/2nd line support to the RCM’s IT users. This includes receiving, documenting, troubleshooting and actively resolving service desk issues and requests from end users via telephone call, e-mail or at desk-side.

An excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a world-class institution and to work with some of the most talented young people in the country; the successful candidate will work closely with other members of the IT team to provide an effective user support service to College staff and students.

The Audio Visual Production Manager is a senior member of the RCM Digital department, responsible for the day-to-day running of the RCM’s extensive studio facilities and line managing the RCM Studios team. They also oversee the planning and scheduling of staff and facilities, liaising with key academic and planning staff across the College to provide required support for the academic and performance programmes. The successful candidate will undertake operational duties such as sound engineering, filming and editing, acting as technical supervisor for major concerts and events as required.
