Please see the attached flyer for details. Audition materials are due by August 12, 2018 and the live audition will be held at Travis Air Force Base, California on September 28, 2018.

Members of the USAF Band receive full medical and dental benefits, 30 days paid vacation per year and Post 9/11 GI Bill for college up to $80,000. There is a four-year minimum enlistment required and the maximum age at time of enlistment is 39.

Piano Job – Piano Fellowship – Australia

The Fellowship will provide the opportunity to gain insights and experience in all aspects of dance musicianship. The recipient will work alongside The Australian Ballet pianists as a member of the Music Department and will:
• • Observe ballet classes and rehearsals
• Participate in coaching sessions with company pianists
• Prepare material for ballet class and learn repertoire from the company’s 2019 season
• Accompany ballet classes and rehearsals, dependent upon the development of the appropriate skills
• Perform other duties relevant to dance musicianship

Piano Job – Visiting Piano Teacher & Accompanist – United Kingdom

Teaching Post, with Cheadle Hulme School. Closing date: 26 June 2018Cheadle Hulme School seeks to appoint a Visiting Music Teacher who can teach piano and act as accompanist for grade exams and concerts on an ad hoc basis.

Visiting Music Teachers (VMT’s) at CHS are self-employed; they have a licence with the School to teach on the premises but a private contract with parents, who are invoiced directly by the teacher for ten lessons in advance. VMT’s undertake at least thirty weekly lessons in term-time, up to 4 days each week.

Piano Job – RNCM Junior Fellows in Piano Accompaniment. – United Kingdom

Performance with Royal Northern College of Music. Closing date: 15 June 2018Applications are invited for two RNCM Junior Fellows in Accompaniment for the academic year 2018–19. The auditions for the Junior Fellowships will take place at the RNCM on 25 June 2018. Prospective applicants should ideally have completed postgraduate accompaniment studies and already have a broad working knowledge of the vocal and instrumental duo repertoire. The Fellowships are worth £7,000 each and the successful applicants will be directed to work for 350 hours per annum working with students and tutors across all the performance schools. The successful applicants will also receive 20 hours individual tuition per annum. Fellowships are for one year and Junior Fellows are expected to be resident in Manchester for the duration of the award.
